Nikos PiperigkosResearcher

Nikos Piperigkos received his Diploma of Engineering from Computer Engineering and Informatics Department (CEID), School of Engineering, University of Patras, Greece in 2018. He joined Signal Processing and Communications (SPC) Laboratory, CEID, since 2017, where he conducted his diploma thesis entitled “Vehicle Detection and Tracking”. In September 2018, he started the Interdepartmental Program of Postgraduate Studies: Information Processing Systems and Machine Intelligence, at the University of Patras. Since September 2019, he is also member of Multimedia Information Processing Systems (MIPS) Group of Industrial Systems Institute of Athena Research Center. His current research interests are focused mainly on fusion algorithms, cooperative localization of connected and autonomous vehicles, image processing, computer vision and machine learning.
